 We do not offer returns or exchanges. However, we understand that issues may arise, and defective items will be subject to replacement or refund upon review. Please read our return policy below:

Defective Items

1. Eligibility: Only items that are found to be defective will be eligible for a replacement or refund.
2. Review Process: Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect and review the product to determine if it meets the criteria for a defective item.
3. Approval or Rejection: You will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund within seven business days after we have received and reviewed the returned item.
4. Processing Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed within seven business days.

Return Shipping

1. Trackable Shipping Service: When returning items, please use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance to ensure the safe delivery of your product.
2. Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
3. Deduction of Return Shipping Cost: If you receive a refund for a reason other than a defective item, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
